Extraterrestrial contacts : positive interaction or interference?

We were gathered together on these two exceptional days for the 1st Exo-Contact Conferences in Rouen (Normandy), a new theme and “avant-garde” concept in France. I thank very warmly those who came and supported me, and our speakers from all four corners of the world, as well as the whole team at the Etrier Restaurant for their welcome! We overcame many obstacles and we were led to change location because of a last-minute cancellation… The most important thing to me was to be able to follow up and set up upcoming similar events such as this one in the near future, always in the same spirit of awakening, conviviality, sharing and discovery of self and others; with the necessary consciousness opening for the spreading of new information from various horizons and outside of any French borders and off the beaten track, but always based upon a (benevolent) neutrality for a public that we hope more and more numerous and interested in looking beyond the « mainstream » news and beyond withholding information currently represented as the rule all throughout the French UFO Research community, with the same level of tolerance as during this fantastic first « exo-conscious » congress!
